You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property is only suitable for families. Please note that the property may pre-authorize (credit and debit cards) the balance of the stay up to 14 days prior to arrival. Please note that check-in is from 14:00. There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property to hand over the keys and check guests in to the apartment. Please make sure you contact the prior to your arrival to avoid complications. Please note that the earliest check in time is 14:00 and the latest check out time is 11:00. All rooms are completely nonsmoking. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and may also be charged a fee for damages. Please inform the property in advance if a cot or crib is required. The apartment is located on the third floor without a elevator. Guests are required to provide a photo identification prior to arrival. Kindly note no parties are allowed on the premises, and guests creating excessive noise will be asked to leave. Please note the lead guest must be 25 years and older. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in.
