This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are permitted one allocated parking space in a shared garage. Please note that there is a height restriction with this parking facility, and the parking space has a tight turning circle. Check-in after 20:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 20, or a GBP 40 fee after 23:00. Subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please note that all guests must arrange their arrival with the property before their check-in date. Please note the lead guest must be 30 years and older. In common with all holiday rentals in Scotland, bookings for all stays from 1st April 2023 are dependent on the property to be granted a license by Edinburgh Council.
