You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pre-payment is required for this property at the time of booking. If however the automatic system fails after receiving details of your credit card from Booking.com you will be required to confirm the details and make an online payment via the operator's own secure guest area. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A formal confirmation email from the operators will be sent afterwards to provide instructions. Check-in after 19:00 is possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. A late check-in fee applies and is payable on arrival in cash. Late check-in fees are: 19:00 until 22:30: GBP 15 22:30 until 00:00: GBP 30 00:00 until 02:00: GBP 50 The apartments are accessed via 1 flight of stairs in a building with no lift. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Guest should specify the number of people staying at the property, including children, using the Special Requests box at the time of booking, to ensure beds are set up correctly on arrival. Guests that require a high chair or travel cot should notify the property in advance using the Special Requests box or contacting the property using the details listed on the booking confirmation or email sent by the operator.
