GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS:

Guests must be 18 years and older.  All reservations must be guaranteed with payment of deposit 50% of total amount (cannot be lower than one night's rate) upon booking is placed. (see our Cancelation Policy) In any other case, Book Ithaca Greece has the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

Reservations must be canceled 24 hrs after the booking is placed, in order to avoid a cancelation fee. Reservations will be held until 19.00 hours the day of your scheduled arrival date. If you have not checked in by that time, the reservation will be considered a NO-SHOW and your reservation will be canceled. Book Ithaca Grece is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.

Our personnel will provide the Check in form upon your arrival, which must be filled in at your side. Please fill in and sign the Check in form and return it to our personnel on your arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to hand out keys without this completed form.



EARLY CHECK-IN:

Early check-in is offered based on availability. Please contact our staff directly to ask for early check -in . No extra fee for early check in.

LATE / EARLY CHECK OUT:

Room rental period expires at 11:00 hrs . The client is obliged to evacuate the room the latest at 11.00. If the client stays longer than this time or at least till 12.00 and up to 18.00 he has to pay 50% one day’s rate. If he stays past 18.00 he has to pay a day’s rate. If the client refuses to pay, the Hotelier has the right to take his luggage out of the room. If the client leaves earlier day of the one mentioned in the reservation agreement, client must pay the full amount of the reservation agreement.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government-issued photo identification (State driver’s license, passport, etc.) at check-in. A valid, signed, and pre-approved credit card in the name of the guest registration is also required in case of payment via credit /debit card It is your responsibility to fully understand the manner in which your bank processes pre-authorizations and charges to your credit/debit card. Some banks hold pending authorizations for up to 30 business days.

CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE APARTMENTS POLICY/HOUSE RULES:

Book Ithaca Greece reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these Policies/House Rules or the arrangements and content featured on our website at any time without prior notice. Please check our website regularly for updates to Policy/House Rules. Any modification to these Policy/House Rules that occurs before your departure is considered a part of your reservations agreement with us. A copy of these Policy/House Rules is located on our website and available from our staff upon request.

HOUSE RULES

The following house rules are set for our guests:

Pets are allowed only after consultation with the accommodation and only if the rules of the accommodation for pets are strictly observed. Otherwise, the hotelier has the right to cancel the reservation. There may be extra charges.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours are between 15:00 -17:30 & 23.00 -07.00

Guests must report any damage they may cause in apartments during their staying. Book Ithaca Greece has the right to charge the guest for the damage fee.

NO IN-ROOM PARTY:

Book Ithaca Greece enforces a No In-Room Party Policy to ensure we can protect the accommodations and our guests at all times.  No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the accommodation without a refund.   Registered guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting. Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 22.00 hrs.  

PARKING AT OWN RISK:

All vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration at check-in. Parking for registered guest(s) is free where private parking is available. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Book Ithaca Greece shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the accommodation property. If a vehicle is left in the accommodation parking long after the guest has departed without the written consent of Book Ithaca Greece, the company reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense. No vehicle repairs on accommodation premises are allowed.
